Generac Generators Sales Process
Process: Sales To Installation
-
1. Estimate
Patrick visits your home or business, takes a look at your service and generator location, and does his initial inspection. This includes measurements and looking at routing for the electrical and the gas. He then coordinates with our team of mechanical contractors, and puts together an estimate that includes the generator, everything you need for it including cold weather kits and a battery, the installation of the Generac generator, and the gas hook up.
-
2. Approve the Estimate
Once you have the completed estimate, you review it. If you have questions, you ask them. Once you’re happy, approve the estimate.
-
3. Deposit
As soon as you approve the estimate, provide payment for the generator and freight. You can call us, stop by our office, or send us a check. The fastest way is to give us a call.
-
4. Order
Once we have your deposit, we order your Generac generator. We’ll send you the order number and tracking information as soon as we have it, usually via text message.
-
5. Schedule & Coordinate
When your generator reaches the Washington freight forwarder warehouse, we have a better idea of when it will be in ours. At that point, we call the mechanical contractor we’ve teamed up with and schedule a day that works for us both that occurs 1-2 days after the generator is due to arrive. We, then, call you and see if that date works.
-
6. Installation
The first thing we do when we arrive is set the generator. This ensures that mechanical contractor can come out at any time during that day to do their portion. By the time we leave, you have a working generator that has been put through several simulated power losses, and you’re connected to the WiFi. If you’re there, you’re also shown how to run your generator.
Morgan Larson
“Always professional, he figured out my generator's problems (it was me) and tactfully suggested how I could prevent the issues in the future.”
Steve Krueger
“All Phase recently performed a 1-year oil change and review of the generator for our sub-division’s water supply. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable with good communication skills. I would highly recommend them.”
