Sales and Installation

From sale to installation, All Phase Electric makes it easy.

Patrick visits your home or business, takes a look at your service and generator location, and does his initial inspection. This includes measurements and looking at routing for the electrical and the gas. He then coordinates with our team of mechanical contractors, and puts together an estimate that includes the generator, everything you need for it including cold weather kits and a battery, the installation of the Generac generator, and the gas hook up.

As soon as you approve the estimate, provide payment for the generator and freight. You can call us, stop by our office, or send us a check. The fastest way is to give us a call.

When your generator reaches the Washington freight forwarder warehouse, we have a better idea of when it will be in ours. At that point, we call the mechanical contractor we’ve teamed up with and schedule a day that works for us both that occurs 1-2 days after the generator is due to arrive. We, then, call you and see if that date works.

After we’ve completed your installation, we test your generator, putting it through several simulated power losses. We also help you get your generator up on the WiFi so we can monitor your generator no matter the time or day.

Once you have the completed estimate, you review it. If you have questions, you ask them. Once you’re happy, approve the estimate.

Once we have your deposit, we order your Generac generator. We’ll send you the order number and tracking information as soon as we have it, usually via text message.

The first thing we do is set the generator so the mechanical contractor can complete their work any time. By the end of the day, you will have a completely functional generator.

Generators are like cars, they need to be regularly maintained. Your generator arrived with break-in oil which is only good for up to 30 run-time hours. It’s important to get your first oil change completed before then, and then again every 200 run-time hours or annually, whichever occurs first.

“Justin was professional, introducing himself upon arrival, explained what he was going to do to trace the problem, and then, upon finishing, explained what he did to rectify the issue.”
