New Home or Remodel
Building your dream home isn’t easy where supplies are hard to get and the cost is astronomical.
That’s why when we get a new home or remodel project, we sit down with you and determine what you want versus your budget.
Simply put, electrical isn’t cheap and it shouldn’t be. You want your investment to be quality work because electrical provides important life-safety and life-quality aspects to your home or home-based business. However, we can take the design back to the basics and work it forward on the things that matter the most to you so you’re left with a home you love at a price that doesn’t cripple you.
Log HomeS
Log homes are an amazing challenge. They're fun to watch as they progress, and they provide challenges each day to ensure the electrical is installed to Code and is still easy on the eye.
Our New Home Or Remodel Process
Design First
It doesn't have to be fancy. We've worked with designs on napkins. The trick is getting your ideas out of your head so you and your build team on the same page...or napkin.
Work Through the Estimate
The first estimate is rarely the final one. With design assist installations, you have a say on what costs need to be removed in order to afford the things that matter most to you.
Review Design Aspects
We work with you on varying design aspects like light fixture packages to help you get high value for the cost. We don't stop until you're comfortable with the budget - within reason.
Schedule the Work
When we schedule the work, you'll receive text messages confirming the appointments and you'll be notified when we're on the way.
Phased Work
We will build and bill you in two main phases:
- Rough-In and Wire pull
- Trim
Warranty
We warranty our installation, in addition to the manufacturers' warranties you'll receive on your appliances and fixtures. If something goes wrong based on how we installed it, we'll fix it.
We love building high quality homes people can build their lives from. We pride ourselves in the work we do and the value we provide with our decades of experience. We hope you do too.
You Want, We Provide
Challenges come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes, they show up in material requests. We can provide special finishes on devices and specific lumen requirements.
Lighting Design
Lighting can be expensive, but it's also amazingly fun! There's a lot to do when reviewing light levels, light color, and what areas need to be lit.
Small Homes, Big Impact
No home is too small. This tiny house came with a general wall layout. We provided the electrical design, and installed a Code complaint home within budget. The only changes were additions requested by the general contractor.
Patrick came out to my house late December. I had an estimate a few days later. Once I committed to their services they were able to schedule me within 2 days. Gabe and Dyllen were super professional. And knowing that one was an apprentice, it was super heart warming to hear the more experienced electrician really mentoring his apprentice. They walked me through what their plan was and continually asked for what I wanted on light placement and outlet conversion. They cleaned up everything very well and left the dry wall for my handyman to replace. 10/10
I knew my electrical was not good, but I wasn’t aware of the extent of my issues. All Phase came out and gave me a free estimate and worked with me to decide what was bad and what we needed to do to fix it all. Their team was here when they said they would be, they were professional and polite, and even helped with a few other electrical “bugs” around the house. I cannot recommend them more.
Justin and his assistant were wonderful! Our house, with its light fixtures 18 feet above the floor, provided a serious challenge, but they simply assessed their options and went to work. They explained everything as they went along, and even cleaned up after themselves when they were done. All Phase has done several jobs for us, and I would never use anyone else.
The staff in All Phase Electric were very knowledgeable and came up with a solution for our power surge problem our power came back on after a power outage. They were very nice e. Dean the repair man that came to our home was on time, personable and also very knowledgeable . Everyone we dealt with were wonder ful and we plan to use them again.
Thank you to all of you for looking at our electricity and helping my husband Randy troubleshoot our electric panel and outage on one wall.
We will call you again for electric needs and fixes. The thank you card you sent was a super nice touch! I want to do business with people who send appreciations! Thank you for your kindness!
Lee and John recently installed and tested a generator hookup system at my home. All Phase Electric crews have proven to be a trustworthy, dependable, high quality, punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, meticulous and code conscious in all aspects of all projects they have completed at my home.
I can count on their expertise and experience to get the job done well.
We used All Phase for our recent renovations to our home, which have involved several separate visits to our house. They have consistently been on-time, communicative, and completed each task in our 1975 fixer upper without fail. We are happy to have chosen them as our go-to for electrical work.
I contacted All Phase Electric based on the overwhelming excellent reviews I’ve seen, and was happy to experience the quality if service everyone spoke of. Just came out to do several recommended repairs from our home inspection. When we received the estimate, the front office estimated it would be a several hour, possibly most of the day job. Just came out at 9, and was done with everything before 11!!! I couldn’t believe it! Quick, efficient, and quality service – couldn’t ask for a better experience! Highly recommend!!
I reached out to All Phase Electric to help install an LED light in our laundry room.
Patrick showed up on time and was efficient on the project.
At our request he took time to answer our questions about what we could do to improve our outdoor lighting as well and how to make it cost effective on our end.
He was also very respectable of our home, took his shoes off immediately and handled our dog respectfully.
Michelle was great to communicate with handling the customer service side as well.
I would highly recommend the team of All Phase Electric for anyone that is looking for electrical service that wants an honest and trustworthy team, that will work with you.
